Lillian Chen is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and design across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Marker Learning since September 2024 and previously at Predictive UX, Lillian has led design initiatives for diverse clients and contributed to user research and education on design best practices. Earlier roles include designing key features for an XR learning platform at XReality Pro and playing a pivotal role at Meta, where contributions included avatar customization for Oculus, launching Facebook Horizon, and developing the WhatsApp Business API messaging platform. Lillian holds a Master's Degree in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a double Bachelor of Arts in World Arts and Cultures and Chinese from UCLA.
