Kevin Lee has an extensive work experience history. Kevin started their career as a Research Analyst at RTE in 2007, where they analyzed the social, economic, and political landscape for the Irish General Election. Kevin then joined Capgemini as a Management Consultant in 2007, where they gained over five years of experience in business and technology transformation programs, specializing in project management, strategy analysis, business analysis, change management, process development, and architecture governance.

In 2012, Kevin joined Direct Line Group as a Business Architecture Consultant, utilizing their expertise in business architecture. Kevin later transitioned to the role of Business Change Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2013, where they focused on implementing business change initiatives. Kevin returned to Direct Line Group in 2014, this time as a Business Architect and Business Analyst.
