Additionally, they gained experience as a Personal Lines Actuary at Axa Direct from September 1995 to April 2000, where they developed the role into a Pricing Manager position and implemented Optimised Lifetime Value pricing methodology.

Martyn Green pursued their education in a disciplined manner, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Oxford, which they completed from 1987 to 1990. Martyn further expanded their knowledge by studying at the Institute of Actuaries from 1990 to 1996, achieving a Fellowship in Actuarial studies.
