Shona Keddie

Shona Keddie's work experience starts with their most recent role as the Head of Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing at Markerstudy Insurance since August 2022. Previously, they worked at BGL Group as a Senior Manager for Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing from July 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they had an extensive career at ReAssure, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager for Compensation Benefits, Senior Manager - Reward, HR Operations Manager, HR Service Centre Manager, and HR Pay & Benefits Consultant from January 2010 to April 2021. Shona's experience also includes working at Rexam Plc as a Group Reward & Process Manager from November 2007 to May 2009, at Rexam Beverage Can as an HR Process & Systems Manager from December 2006 to October 2007, at Henkel Limited as an HR Services Manager from October 1996 to December 2006, and at Jaeger and Glenrothes Development Corporation as HR Assistants.

Shona Keddie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Abertay University between 1989 and 1993.
