Courtney Neal

Courtney Neal has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Courtney started their career at SAS in 2000, where they worked in the IT department until 2002. Courtney then joined Caterpillar Parts Department in 2005 and held multiple roles, including SAP Basis Administrator, Senior SAP CRM Analyst, and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2014, they moved to Caterpillar Inc. as an SPM Program Planner until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Johnson Controls as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2018, they joined Market America, Inc. as an IT Project Manager. Currently, they serve as an Information Technology Program Manager at Johnson Controls since 2022.

Courtney Neal earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. This education was obtained from 1999 to 2003. Later, Courtney pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Information Technology Management, at Capella University. This degree was completed from 2010 to 2013.
