Dana Robinson

Dana Robinson has a strong background in software development and release management. They have been working at Market America, Inc. since 2014 in various roles, including as a Release and Application Operations Manager and as a Deployment Manager/ColdFusion Developer. In these roles, Dana has designed and built a release management tool named Blueprint using Adobe ColdFusion and MS SQL Server. They have also managed deployment processes and automated tasks.

Prior to their current position, Dana worked at Market America from 2008 to 2014. During this time, they held the role of Director of Review and Release Management, where they managed intellectual property and educated engineers on standards. They also supervised a team of architects who reviewed all code for adherence to standards. Before that, Dana worked as a ColdFusion Code Reviewer/Deployer, where they reviewed code for efficiency and maintained the integrity of ColdFusion code in different environments.

Before joining Market America, Dana worked at Illinois State Police as a Technical Webmaster from 2003 to 2008.

Dana Robinson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Statistics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from the year 1987 to 1991. Additionally, in March 2015, they obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT.
