Donna McIntyre has a diverse work experience in the field of data processing and service management. Donna started their career as a Service Desk Analyst at ComputerNet Resource Group in 1999, where they handled calls from employees across the US and Canada, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and logging service tickets into the tracking system. Donna then moved on to join Ciba in 2001 as a Service Desk Manager, where they provided key data and help desk information to assist in the transition of user support from internal to outsourced help desk. In 2007, Donna was recruited by Unisys as a Service Manager, where they oversaw the delivery of help desk services to Ciba. Donna produced monthly client reports and enhanced the Managed Service Center functions. In 2010, they joined Market America as a Data Processing Manager.
Donna McIntyre obtained a Diploma in Executive Secretarial from Dover Business College, where they attended from 1983 to 1984. In addition, they obtained an ITIL Service Management Foundations Certificate from ITIL Certified in May 2004.
