Joshua Townsend

Joshua Townsend is currently the Chief People Officer at Children's Home Society of North Carolina since March 2024. Prior to this, Joshua held the role of Global Director, Human Resources at Market America, Inc. since July 2022. With a background in Human Resources spanning over several years, Joshua has also served as the Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development at HAECO Americas and VSE Corporation. Joshua started their career in Employee Relations at UF Health after obtaining a BA in Sociology from the University of Central Florida.
