Kuen Xiong Mak has a varied and extensive work experience. They started their career in 2001 as a Senior Customer Service Assistant at Quiksilver Malaysia. They then joined Rip Curl Malaysia as a Management Trainee in 2004. After that, they worked as a Supervisor at Esprit de Corp Malaysia from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined F J Benjamin, where they held multiple roles including Sales Executive, Assistant Store Manager, and Operation Executive. They worked at Primer Group of Companies as an Operations Executive from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Giordano Originals (S) PTE LTD as a Customer Service Assistance 2, starting at White Sands brunch and eventually becoming a shop in charge at Compass Points brunch. Currently, they are working as a Sales Coordinator at Market America, Inc.
From 1994 to 1998, Kuen Xiong Mak attended Sekolah Menengah Taman Seraya, where they pursued their SPM degree in Accounting.
