Rusty Riley

Rusty Riley began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Market America, Inc. in July 2021. Rusty'srole involved working with ColdFusion 2016, MVC, and ColdBox, and interacting with SQL Server, Python, and Universe.

Prior to that, they worked at Broadridge from January 2011 to July 2021. During their time there, Rusty served as a Lead Software Engineer, specializing in web application development for financial advisor websites. Rusty was responsible for creating new features, building web services, and maintaining existing functionality.

From March 1998 to December 2011, Rusty worked at Automation Creations, Inc. as a Senior Web Developer. Rusty'smain projects included developing a manufacturing solution for Ames Textile Corp and contributing to a prototype supermarket refrigeration monitoring system. Rusty utilized ColdFusion 7 and SQL Server 2000 for server-side development and database integration.

Between January 2007 and December 2010, Rusty held the position of Senior Web Developer at Dream Communications Inc. Rusty focused on server-side development for a real estate magazine website, employing ColdFusion 7, ColdFusion Components, and SQL Server 2005.

Lastly, from February 2004 to December 2006, Rusty worked as a Web Developer at The Active Network, Inc. Rusty'smain project involved the development of ActiveGiving.com, a platform for collecting donations and customizing fundraiser web pages using ColdFusion 6.

Overall, Rusty has a strong background in web development, with expertise in ColdFusion, SQL Server, and various web technologies.

Rusty Riley attended Virginia Tech from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
