Brian Girgen

Brian Girgen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-construction management and estimating within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Pre-Construction Manager at Market & Johnson, Inc. since October 2019, Brian previously held the position of Senior Estimator at JP Cullen from June 2004 to October 2019. In this role, Brian conducted detailed quantity takeoffs for various construction materials and operations, developed price estimates, and compiled subcontractor quotes to generate comprehensive bids for projects valued between $1,000,000 and $100,000,000. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2004.
