Heather Kretz

Heather Kretz is an experienced professional in employee and organizational development, currently serving as the Employee & Organizational Development Manager at Market & Johnson, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Kretz worked as an Adjunct Instructor and Organizational Development Trainer at Chippewa Valley Technical College from September 2019 to May 2021. Kretz also contributed to the University of Wisconsin-Madison in admissions application review from August 2019 to August 2020 and held various positions at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from March 2004 to March 2019, culminating as the Director of Admissions. Earlier in the career, Kretz worked as a Recruitment Coordinator/Admissions Counselor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Kretz holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an English minor from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
