Alex Eschenbaum

Alex Eschenbaum is an experienced Business Systems Program Manager with a strong background in IT leadership and system optimization. At Perseus Group, Alex led the Business Systems and Data Analytics Team, managing offshore and onshore developers while supporting multiple SaaS businesses. Prior roles include Director of IT DevOps Program at the Defense Language Institute, where Alex successfully accelerated development processes, and IT Manager for County of Monterey, leading a team to enhance services for a large employee base. With significant expertise in Agile methodologies, process improvement, and cloud services, Alex has also served in project management and enterprise architecture roles at UCAR. Alex holds a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Architecture from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington.
