Annika Axelsson

Annika Axelsson is a seasoned professional in workplace and facility management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Workplace Experience Manager at Electronic Arts since February 2024, and as an Office Lead at both Spotify and Market Partner Scandinavia since May 2023, Annika oversees daily operations and project management, with a focus on space management. Annika's tenure at Sodexo spans several roles, including Contract Developer and Multi Site Manager, managing services for a national client with numerous offices in Sweden. Earlier experience includes positions as Interim Facility Manager for Microsoft’s accounts, along with a diverse background in retail management and ownership. Annika holds a Business School education from 2019 and is pursuing a diploma in Recovery Therapy, further enhancing a robust skill set in operations, customer relations, and project execution.
