Prior to this, Ayan worked as an HR Executive/Senior Executive Talent Hiring at ADS HR Consultancy Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2016, and as a Junior Assistant HR at Bevel Trading and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. from September 2012 to July 2014. Ayan began a career in HR as an intern at ITI Limited in early 2012. Ayan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from Vidyasagar University.
