Prior to this role, Shaun worked as a Tech Support Advisor at SunTech Solutions from 2010 to 2013, and as a Senior Information Technology Manager at GE Tech from 2008 to 2010. Shaun holds a Master of Technology (MTech) from Punjab Engineering College University of Technology (2006-2008) and a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from the Institute of Management & Technology.
