Marc Lopresti

Marc LoPresti is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in venture capital and legal practices. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Market Rebellion since February 2024, Marc is also the Co-Founder of IDI Group LLC, which focuses on early-stage venture opportunities through a unique “fundless sponsor” approach. Marc founded LoPresti Law Group, P.C. in July 2013 and co-founded BattleFin in January 2014, an ecosystem aimed at harnessing alternative data. Additionally, Marc contributed as a host to Venture Talk Weekly from April 2020 to April 2024, discussing current trends in the venture capital environment. A former Founding Partner at Tagliaferro & LoPresti, LLP and Partner at Lederer, Nojima, Tagliaferro & LoPresti, LLP, Marc holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, earned between 1994 and 1997.
