Prior to founding Market Stadium Inc., they worked as a Senior Analyst at Research & Analytics in Lionstone Investments and as a Financial Analyst at Schuckman Realty Inc.

Dennis Lee completed their Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering at Hanyang University from 2009 to 2015. Dennis then pursued a Master's degree in Urban Planning & Engineering at the same university from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they attended New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate from 2017 to 2019 and obtained a Master's degree in that field.
