Tara Mills has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tara began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Target. From 2007 to 2011, Tara worked at Starbucks Coffee Company in the same role. Tara then joined Apple Inc. as a Corporate Lobby Receptionist and later became an Administrative Assistant from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Tara transitioned to Market Street Trust Company, where they started as a Client Services Assistant and gradually progressed to the roles of Client Care Manager and Senior Client Care Manager, holding the latter position from 2021 to the present.

Tara Mills obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Management from San Jose State University from 2007 to 2009.
