Jason Kestler, CLTC, currently serves as the Head of Sales at MSG Financial Distributors with Market Synergy Group since September 2025. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and Head of Cross Channel Distribution, as well as Chief Distribution Officer for Annuity at Highland Capital Brokerage from September 2018 to September 2025. Jason Kestler has also been a member of the Board of Directors for NAFA and served as Chief Executive Officer at Branch Development Partners, emphasizing innovative solutions and partnerships. Previously, Jason Kestler was President and CEO of Kestler Financial Group for two decades. Educational credentials include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and studies at Northern Arizona University.
