Samantha Meza

Samantha Meza has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Walgreens, first as a Customer Service Associate and later as an Assistant Store Manager. During this time, they were responsible for providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, as well as supervising customer service associates and managing the front end of the store. From 2012 to 2016, they also worked at Xavier University, where they held the roles of Communications Intern, Summer Service Coordinator, and Manresa Training Coordinator. In these roles, they designed and managed websites, created promotional materials, planned student events, developed training and reflection materials, and facilitated engaging reflections. From 2016 to 2018, Samantha worked at Pet Supplies Plus, first as an Assistant Store Team Leader and later as a Store Team Leader. In these roles, they adhered to operational policies and procedures, promoted team member engagement, and achieved strong store audit and neighbor engagement scores. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have been the Director of Operations, Lead Marketing Strategist, and Digital Marketing Strategist at Market Veep.

Samantha Meza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Xavier University between 2011 and 2014. Samantha has also obtained certifications from HubSpot Academy and Google Ads, including Data Integrations, HubSpot Reporting, HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Service Hub Software, Marketing Hub Implementation, Objectives-Based Onboarding, Platform Consulting, Sales Hub Implementation, HubSpot Certified Trainer, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Google Shopping Certification, Inbound, Marketing Software Certification, and Social Media Certification.
