Shilpa Gupta

Shilpa Gupta is an experienced professional in client services, currently holding the position of Manager - Client Services at Market Xcel Data Matrix Pvt. Ltd. since April 2015, where previous roles included Associate Manager - Client Services. Prior to joining Market Xcel, Shilpa worked at IMRB International in February 2015, focusing on secondary research, and also gained experience as a freelancer in moderation and transcription from January 2013 to January 2015. Earlier career roles included working at Sports Unlimited from January 2009 to January 2012 in Corporate Social Responsibility and at VSMD Enterprises from January 2005 to March 2008 in manufacturing and distribution of Soya Paneer (Tofu). Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing from Prestige Institute of Management Studies and graduated in Commerce from St. Raphaels H.S School.
