Mariah Cachel

Mariah Cachel is currently working as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at market4u, where Mariah oversees the Onboarding process for new employees, manages OKR-related activities, and organizes engagement events. Prior to this, Mariah held a position as an HRBP Analyst at BRF, where Mariah was in charge of HR duties for various departments and implemented engagement initiatives. Mariah also worked as a Talent Attraction and Mobility Intern at Volvo Group, where Mariah handled onboarding, recruitment, selection processes, and various HR projects. Their background also includes a Talent Acquisition internship at Groupe Renault. Mariah is currently pursuing their education at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
