Aidan Kempin has a diverse work experience in various industries. Aidan began their career as a Property Manager at Frampton & Roebuck Ltd, where they efficiently managed properties for a year. Aidan then worked as a Sales Negotiator at Chestertons for a year, demonstrating their negotiation and sales skills. Aidan joined Huddle Utilities Ltd as a Sales Executive and quickly became the top sales executive within a month. Aidan developed a CRM system that tracked over 4500 leads and significantly improved efficiency and key performance indicators. Aidan then moved to MarketAxess, where they initially served as a Summer Analyst, and successfully converted their internship into a graduate analyst offer for the following year. In their role as an Off-Cycle Analyst at MarketAxess, Aidan played an instrumental role in implementing a sales campaign to increase Post-Trade revenue, enhance EU coverage, and improve visibility. Aidan is currently working as a Post-Trade Analyst at MarketAxess, effectively utilizing their skills and expertise in the field.

Aidan Kempin pursued their education at Coventry University London from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics & Banking. Before that, they attended UTC South Durham from 2018 to 2020, where they completed their A Levels in IT, Business, and Product Design. Additionally, they undertook an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) focused on the Foreign Exchange Market during this period. Aidan also obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg LP in January 2022.
