In 2015, they worked as a Vendor Analyst/Software Engineering Intern at Wellist, where they created an online web tool using Ruby on Rails and implemented Google Analytics to monitor user progress.

In 2016, Alexander worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Wellist, gaining practical experience in software engineering. Alexander then joined MarketAxess in 2017 as a Jr. Developer, where they worked until 2019. During their time at MarketAxess, they took on various roles such as Applications Developer and Senior Software Engineer.
