Chris Phipps

Chris Phipps has a diverse work experience in product development and management. In 2007, they worked at Mediaocean as part of the product development and documentation team. From 2008 to 2016, they held various roles at Tradeweb, including Director of Project Implementation and Product Development, VP of Product Development and Documentation, and AVP of Documentation. During their time at Tradeweb, they were involved in driving important company initiatives, co-creating analytical tools, coordinating global rollouts, and managing product enhancement projects. In 2016, they joined CME Group as the Head of Product Development and Strategy for BrokerTec Direct, where they played a key role in establishing a buy-side working group and led product development, strategy, and business development efforts. They founded Chris Phipps Wellness in 2019, focusing on wellness initiatives. They then worked at Platformable as the Lead Product Manager in early 2021 before joining MarketAxess later that year as part of the US Rates Product team. In their current role at MarketAxess, they manage a global team and oversee the development of Rates products, with a focus on the US Treasury trading space and all-to-all UST order books.
