Claire Radford Acsi

Claire Radford ACSI has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Claire is currently serving as the Head of Operations EMEA & APAC at MarketAxess since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2015 to 2021, holding various executive director roles such as Global Control Management Program Lead, Regional Head of EMEA Business Controls Management, and CASS Governance & Oversight in the CIB division. From 2012 to 2015, Claire worked at UBS Investment Bank as a Director, overseeing top-tier client settlements and operations, as well as EMEA Equity Derivatives & Global Synthetic Equities Middle Office Control. Claire served as the Head of Operations at Evolution Securities Ltd from 2010 to 2011 and as the Director, Head of Operations Control, Risk & Network Management at Mizuho International from 2001 to 2010. Claire also worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Associate Director in Operational Risk Management from 2000 to 2001 and at Bankers Trust International as the VP and Head of European Cash Management from 1998 to 1999. Claire has demonstrated expertise in operations, risk management, control governance, and client service in the financial services industry.
