Ken Battista has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Ken started their career at Barclays Capital, where they worked as a Trading Assistant and later as a Fixed Income Settlements Specialist & Cash Management Specialist. In these roles, they demonstrated strong communication and organization skills while managing trading activity and ensuring accurate reporting.

From there, Ken joined BNY Mellon as a Junior Trader, where they excelled in contract negotiations and oversaw the liquidation of various portfolios. Ken quickly rose through the ranks and became Vice President & Managing Director - Corporate Bond Trader, where they launched the firm's investment-grade corporate bond desk and significantly grew the business.

Ken then moved to Santander US as an Executive Director - Corporate Bond Trader, where they played a pivotal role in launching the Corporate Bond Business within the United States. Ken successfully drove market share growth in the industrial sector and significantly increased trading revenue.

Most recently, Ken joined MarketAxess as part of their Open Trading Desk. Ken continues to demonstrate expertise in high-grade, high-yield, emerging markets, and live markets trading.
