Matt Balda

Matt Balda has an extensive work experience in the technology sector. Matt is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at MarketAxess since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at T. Rowe Price, including VP of Group, Divisional CIO | Co-head Investments Technology from May 2021 to August 2022, and VP of Group, Global Head of Fixed Income & Investment Risk Technology from April 2015 to May 2021. Before joining T. Rowe Price, they served as the Executive Director, Global Head of Fixed Income & FX Trading Technology at UBS Global Asset Management from August 2011 to April 2015. Matt also worked as a Manager - Fixed Income Technology at Invesco Ltd. from June 2010 to August 2011.

Matt started their career at Morgan Stanley, where they served as a Vice President from 2001 to 2010.
