Oliver Huggins

Oliver Huggins is the current Global Chief Risk Officer at MarketAxess. Prior to this, they were Chief Operating Officer, Group Risk, and Head of Financial Risk at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from January 2013 to March 2019. Huggins has also held the position of Head of Financial Risk Management at Prudential Assurance from March 2010 to December 2012, and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from September 2006 to March 2010.

Oliver Huggins graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Engineering Mathematics.

Their manager is Richard M. McVey, Chairman & CEO. They work with Scott Pintoff - General Counsel, Christopher N. Gerosa - CFO, and Richard J. Schiffman - Head of Open Trading.
