Rugved Sawant

Rugved Sawant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2014, as a Student Intern at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, they gained experience in a research environment. In 2017, Rugved joined the NYU Program Services Department as a Data Entry Assistant for a six-month period. Later that year, they secured a position at MarketAxess as an Infrastructure Intern - Network, where they worked until February 2019. Rugved then transitioned to the role of Jr. Network Engineer at MarketAxess, gaining further experience in networking. In November 2019, they were promoted to the position of Scrum Master, showcasing their leadership skills. Rugved's journey at MarketAxess continued as they took on the role of Network Engineer in March 2020. Their most recent role at MarketAxess is as a DevOps Engineer, starting in January 2021. Their work experience demonstrates a progression in responsibilities and a dedication to developing technical skills in the field of engineering and technology.

Rugved Sawant completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology from 2012 to 2016. Rugved then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from New York University from 2016 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Foundations of Networking: Networking Basics and Foundations of Networking: Protocols and CLI Tools certifications from Lynda.com in February 2017. Rugved also completed the Up and Running with Python certification from Lynda.com in the same month. Prior to their formal education, Rugved obtained the Foundation Course in Telecommunication certification from MTNL in December 2014. Most recently, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2019.
