Sabina Shao-Fan started their career as a Junior System Engineer at Premium Technology Inc., where they worked as a Package Coordinator and Deployment Engineer, utilizing Apache Ant to create and deploy EAR files in a clustered environment.
After that, they joined IHS Markit as an Application Support Associate, where they investigated and resolved technical issues, reproduced incidents, and analyzed application logs. Sabina Shao-Fan also used Salesforce for client communication and documented support procedures and knowledge bases.
