Pushpa Ithal

Pushpa Ithal is the founder and CEO of MarketBeam. Pushpa has over twenty years of experience in product management and marketing, with a focus on the technology sector.

Ithal began their career as a software engineer at Ness Technologies, before moving to Bank of America as a senior engineer. In 2004, they joined Oracle as a product manager. Ithal was with Oracle for eight years, during which time they helped launch several successful products.

In 2012, Ithal left Oracle to join RSA Security as a product manager and marketer. At RSA, they worked on the SilverTail product, which was acquired by RSA in 2017.

Ithal left RSA in 2017 to become a mentor at GrowthX Academy, where they worked with startups on product and growth strategy. Pushpa left GrowthX in 2018 to focus on MarketBeam full-time.

Pushpa Ithal has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University, and is certified by Pragmatic Marketing.
