Pankaj Jawale began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at eGain Communications. Pankaj then worked at IBM from 2003 to 2012, starting as a Senior Application Developer and later becoming an Application Architect. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Telus Mobility as a Senior System Analyst. Pankaj then joined Stericycle Communication Solutions in 2014, where they worked as a Principal Architect for five years. At Stericycle, they led the development of a Medical Appointment Reminder Service and architectured API-based integrations with Electronic Health Record products. Most recently, Pankaj has been working at MarketBox since 2019 as the Head of Engineering, overseeing the development and automation of sales, people management, and customer management.
Pankaj Jawale attended Walchand College of Engineering from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical. In July 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
