Clive Skinner

Clive Skinner has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Clive currently holds the position of SVP Technical Architecture at MarketCast, where they analyze data from various sources to understand fan behaviors and inform business strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Software Architect at Deductive, focusing on granular TV data and helping data providers and customers effectively utilize data. Clive also held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Genius Digital, where they oversaw corporate technology strategy and the design and development of innovative products for TV operators. Clive has previous experience as a Software Architect at Mirifice Ltd, a Senior Software Engineer at Apertio, and a Principal Software Engineer at Renishaw. Clive has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Textploitation Ltd and VCL Ltd, where they were responsible for technical strategy, product design, and development. Clive began their career as a Senior Technologist at Motion Media Technology Ltd and a Software Engineer at Renishaw. Throughout their career, Clive has demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, project management, and software development.

Clive Skinner attended Newcastle University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In addition, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification in February 2018 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
