Wai Jean Loh

Wai Jean Loh's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Client Services at MarketCast since August 2022. In this role, they have led a major account and contributed to significant revenue growth. Wai Jean partnered with the Senior Vice President to execute a large-scale global research initiative for a new product campaign launch, developing a strategic global implications framework. Prior to MarketCast, Wai Jean held the position of Senior Account Director at Phoenix Marketing International from June 2021 to August 2022. Wai Jean also has extensive experience at Kantar, where they served as a Vice President, Sr. Strategic Director, Strategic Director, Manager, Sr. Research Analyst, and Research Analyst in various roles from 2000 to 2021. In these positions, they led Brand Tracking programs for clients across different industries, conducted custom-designed quantitative research studies, and provided data-driven insights to inform business strategies.

Wai Jean Loh attended NYU Stern School of Business from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics.
