Gillian S. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Yoga Teacher on a self-employed basis until 2018. In 2018, they joined Jobber - Software for Mobile Services as a Customer Success, where they managed customer requests, developed relationships with internal teams, and onboarded new clients until 2020. From 2020 to the present, Gillian has been working at Marketcircle, first as a Customer Advocate and currently as the Customer Advocate Manager. In this role, they have built a support team, promoted a customer-centric attitude, collaborated with teams to solve customer inquiries, and shared customer experiences with the product and development teams.
