Jennifer Holt is currently the Chief Risk Officer at MarketFinance. Prior to this, they were the Head of Loans at Vanquis Bank and before that, the Head of Pricing & Analytics at Hastings Direct.

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, working in various analytical and risk management roles. Jennifer started their career at Barclays Africa Group Limited, where they spent 3 years as the Head of Analytics for the Retail and Business Bank. Jennifer then moved to Hastings Direct, where they spent a year as the Head of Pricing & Analytics. In their most recent role at Vanquis Bank, they were responsible for overseeing the unsecured loan portfolio.

Jennifer is a highly skilled risk management professional with a proven track record in delivering results. Jennifer has a deep knowledge of the financial sector and is extremely well-versed in data analytics and pricing strategies. Jennifer is a strategic thinker who is able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. Jennifer is a strong leader who is able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve great things.

Jennifer Holt has a BA (Hons) in Business Decision Analysis from the University of the West of England. Jennifer majored in mathematics and business studies.
