Marvin Hurlston

Marvin Hurlston has extensive experience in the field of financial crime compliance and anti-money laundering. Marvin currently holds the position of Head of Financial Crime at Kriya (Formerly MarketFinance), where they started in 2022. Prior to this, Marvin worked at OakNorth Bank from 2020 to 2022 as the Deputy MLRO & Financial Crime Manager.

Before joining OakNorth Bank, Marvin worked at Langham Hall from 2016 to 2020, where they held various roles including MLRO, Deputy MLRO, and Compliance Officer - Financial Crime Compliance Services. Marvin also served as a Compliance Officer & Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Maples and Calder from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Marvin worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at MapleFS Service Company Limited from 2012 to 2014, and as a Senior Administrator at Maples Fund Services (Canada) Inc. from 2010 to 2012.

Marvin's early career included roles at Maples Fund Services (Cayman) Limted as an Administrator / Jr. Administrator from 2006 to 2010. Throughout their career, Marvin has gained comprehensive expertise in financial crime compliance and has held various senior positions in the field.
