Tamra Moroski has held various roles across a number of companies since 2008. Tamra began their career at Think Media Studios as a Business Development Representative, where they increased video and motion graphic sales by generating leads through sales calls and engaging in professional networking events. In 2010, Tamra moved to Adcom Communications, where they held the positions of Assistant Account Executive and Community Relations Manager. At Adcom, Tamra managed over a dozen non-profit accounts and produced marketing solutions for fundraising events, campaigns, sales presentations, and other initiatives. Tamra then joined Pinckney Hugo Group in 2013 as an Account Manager, where they managed the Welch Allyn account and increased revenue by 25% through upsells and expansion on existing campaigns. In 2014, Tamra moved to the YMCA of Greater Syracuse as the Membership and Marketing Director, where they oversaw and created the branch\u2019s $4 million membership budget, managed a department of 30 part and full-time employees, and grew membership by 8%. Tamra then moved to Fathom Marketing in 2017 as an Account Manager, where they were the primary liaison between clients and internal strategy teams. In 2018, Tamra joined Drips as the Director of Business Operations and the Director of Account Management, where they reduced client trial churn by 51%, implemented and led trainings for system infrastructure, and grew revenue by 60% YoY. Currently, Tamra is the Director of Partnerships at the Marketing Artificial Intelligence Institute and the Partner, Chief Client Officer at Become Known.
Tamra Moroski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Kent State University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Advertising. Tamra also took additional courses in Graphic Design.
