Tracy DiAngelo has extensive work experience in the field of sales, marketing, and client services. Tracy is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MAI Fulfillment since April 2021. Prior to this, Tracy worked at Marketing Alternatives for a long duration. Tracy started at Marketing Alternatives in April 2001 as the Vice President of Client Services, where they were responsible for providing comprehensive outsourced solutions to simplify marketing challenges. Tracy'srole involved managing multi-channel call center and custom fulfillment services, as well as marketing communications. Tracy's integrated approach to customer care and marketing support services offered many advantages, including single-source accountability and cost savings.

Before their role as Vice President of Client Services, Tracy worked as an Account Executive at Marketing Alternatives, Inc. starting in May 1996. In this position, they managed the day-to-day activity and communications with clients. Tracy was responsible for strategic thinking, managing budgets, and implementing new programs and product launches. Tracy also handled event planning and tradeshow booth design and implementation.

Tracy's career started at Petterson and Associates, where they served as an Assistant Photographer from September 1994 to April 1996.

Tracy DiAngelo received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film, Photography, and the Visual Arts from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Graphics from Tomkins Cortland Community College, attending from 1989 to 1991. Tracy also spent a year, from 1986 to 1987, at Johnson & Wales University, studying Culinary Arts and Chef Training. Tracy completed their secondary education at Barrington High School from 1983 to 1986.
