Libby Noffsinger

Libby Noffsinger is a professional UI/UX Web Designer with experience at Marketing Essentials and Totally Promotional. Libby started as an Intern at Totally Promotional in 2016 and worked their way up to lead various design roles. Libby holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from UX Design Institute, an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from The Modern College of Design, and completed High School with a focus on Graphic Communications at Tri-Star Career Compact and New Knoxville High School.
