Marketing Insights provides freelance technical writing services to high technology companies. It was founded in 1994 by Jeff Maziarek, a marketing professional in the personal computer industry for over 11 years at that time. During the course of the next six years Jeff authored more than 1,200 high-technology press releases about a wide variety of both hardware and software products.  

In 1995 he began working as a freelance proposal writer for Citibank Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Services (which ultimately became JPMorgan EFS). As a member of this  team,  he was involved in the compilation and editing of virtually all EBT proposals developed from 10/2001 through 7/2007. In total, over the course of his experience he was involved in the development of 53 proposals for Citicorp/JPMorgan EFS. 

From the summer of 2007 to January of 2009 Jeff took a sabbatical to work on his second book, a memoir about his dog Codi called “Codi’s Journey” (https://codipup.com). That book was released as an eBook in December 2010 and is available in both print and eBook formats on Amazon.com, and in eBook format on BN.com. Jeff's first book, Spirituality Simplified (https://spiritsimple.com) was published in 2003 and is also sold in both print and eBook formats on Amazon.com. 

In January of 2009 Jeff began providing freelance proposal compilation/writing and editing services for ACS State & Local Solutions, which was purchased in 2010 by Xerox Corporation, and then spun off into another company in 2017.  Since 2009 he has worked on 125 proposals for this longstanding client.
