James Caldwell has over 20 years of work experience. James began their career in 1999 as an Official Scorekeeper for Little League Baseball. In 2001, they became a Retail Sales Associate for JCPenney. In 2002, they were hired as an Office Manager for Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Rec Sports Office Assistant at Cal Poly Pomona and then as the Legal Review Department Head for Gregg & Valby, LLP. In 2005, they joined Pro Wrestling Torch as an Assistant Editor and Columnist. In 2016, they started their own business, JC Writer, as an Independent Contractor for Fansided and a Freelance Writer for FloSports. In 2017, they became the Managing Editor for the Texas Home School Coalition and a Content Manager and Senior Copywriter for Marketing Refresh.

James Caldwell began their education in 1994 at Second Baptist School. James then attended Arcadia High School from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their High School Degree. In 2002, they enrolled in California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. In 2006, they moved home to Houston and took one biology lab class to graduate from Cal Poly Pomona. Additionally, James Caldwell has obtained two certifications, the Management and Leadership Essentials from The University of Texas at Austin in May of 2020 and the Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in September of 2018.
