Emma Cantwell

Emma Cantwell is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including higher education and cultural institutions. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member for The Marketing Society since July 2022, Emma previously held roles such as Director of Marketing and Communications at MBZUAI from January 2022 to June 2024, and at Louvre Abu Dhabi from September 2015 to January 2022, where Emma managed high-profile marketing initiatives and strategic communications for the museum's international launch. Emma's earlier career included significant positions with ADNOC Group, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, and Hill & Knowlton, showcasing a strong foundation in media relations, brand development, crisis management, and strategic planning. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Charles Sturt University and a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of New England.
