Bill Kiefaber has extensive experience in marketing and business development. Bill is the President and Owner of Marketing Works since 2014, where they focus on delivering results-oriented work for clients across various sectors. Prior to this, they founded Highbar Agency in 2013, providing strategies and solutions to stimulate emotional connections with key audiences. Bill also worked as a Client Experience and Business Development Executive at Questline from 2011 to 2013. Bill has held senior positions at Fahlgren Mortine, GRIP Technology, LLC, Paul Werth Associates, Resource Interactive, and Deloitte, where they gained expertise in strategic planning, project leadership, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Retail Consultant for Retail Planning Associates from 1992 to 1996.

Bill Kiefaber attended Washington College from 1987 to 1989, where they did not acquire a degree or field of study. Bill then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing at The Ohio State University from 1989 to 1991.
