Yifat Biederman

Yifat Biederman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Beginning in 2001, Yifat worked as a Student at the Mechanical Team at Lumenis, a medical device company. From 2002 to 2003, they were an R&D Student at Rafael, a defense technology company. In 2004, they worked as a QA professional at N-trig.

Moving to Soreq NRC in 2005, Yifat held the position of Research MSc in Electroptics until 2008. Yifat then joined Optisiv Ltd. in 2011 as an Electrooptics Engineer.

In 2012, Yifat joined NCR Retail as a QA Engineer, where they led QA tasks in an Agile-Scrum methodology and worked on the integration of systems. Yifat continued at NCR Corporation in 2015 as a Product Owner, managing weekly sprints and introducing products to customers.

From 2019 to 2022, Yifat worked at Tabit - Restaurant Technologies as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for implementing US market requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with different departments to drive product development.

Currently, Yifat is a Senior Product Manager - Core at MarketMan: Restaurant Inventory Management, starting in 2022.

Yifat Biederman has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electroptics, which was obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This degree was earned between the years 2004 and 2008. Prior to completing their Master's degree, Yifat Biederman studied at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Optics.
