Aaron Foster

Aaron Foster has served as the Executive Director of Operations and Client Service Leader at Marketplace Chaplains since January 2015, managing a chaplain team that supports employees of a Fortune 500 company. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church of Mt. Sterling, Illinois, from June 2004 to February 2019, where a successful ministry career was established following a significant career change. Aaron's earlier experience includes various positions at Dot Foods from 1990 to 2004, including Product Line Manager, Purchasing Agent, Dispatch for Dot Transportation, and Warehouse Product Selector.
