Shannon Novak

Shannon Novak is an accomplished operations manager and marketing specialist with extensive experience in event coordination and marketing strategies. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Marketplace Events since July 2018, Shannon collaborates with show management to develop creative concepts and strategic plans for major consumer shows, achieving over 130,000 attendees annually. Previously, Shannon held roles at ZeroSquared Tiny Homes as a Marketing Specialist, managing social media channels and email marketing, and at Marble Slab Creamery Canada as a Marketing Coordinator, assisting in campaign execution. Earlier experiences include administrative roles at Robert Half - Office Team, leadership as Camp Director for Skyhawks Sports Academy, and a substitute teaching position with Renhill Companies. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
