Kathie Penland is a seasoned professional in mortgage marketing with extensive experience spanning various roles in the industry since 2004. Currently self-employed with My Marketing Company since November 2019, and serving as a Mortgage Marketing Specialist at New American Funding Inc. and Marketplace Home Mortgage, L.L.C., Kathie specializes in teaching classes on social media and real estate software to help Loan Officers and Real Estate agents enhance their business. Previous roles include Mortgage Marketing Specialist at New American Funding and MLS Coordinator at the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS, where Kathie provided technical support and training to real estate professionals.
